Monday, November 17 – Praying for Fathers

Leader: Minister John Sowell

Scripture:

  • Malachi 4:6 – “He will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers.”

  • Psalm 112:1–2 – “Blessed is the man who fears the Lord… His children will be mighty in the land.”

Prayer Points:

  • Lord, strengthen fathers to walk in Your wisdom and leadership.

  • Restore every father’s heart to his children and family.

  • Cover fathers with protection, integrity, and bold faith.

  • Break generational cycles of abandonment and passivity.

  • Raise up men who lead their homes with love, courage, and righteousness.


Tuesday, November 18 – Praying for Mothers

Leader: Sister Cassandra Cash-Garrett

Scripture:

  • Proverbs 31:25 – “She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.”

  • Isaiah 66:13 – “As a mother comforts her child, so will I comfort you.”

Prayer Points:

  • Lord, strengthen mothers with renewed grace and peace.

  • Heal the emotional, physical, and spiritual burdens mothers carry.

  • Fill mothers with wisdom, joy, and patience.

  • Protect single mothers; surround them with support and provision.

  • Let every mother know her worth, identity, and purpose in You.


Wednesday, November 19 – Praying for Children & Youth

Leader: Pastor Cash

Scripture:

  • Isaiah 54:13 – “All your children shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be the peace of your children.”

  • Psalm 127:3 – “Children are a heritage from the Lord.”

Prayer Points:

  • Lord, cover our children and youth with Your protection.

  • Guard their minds, hearts, and identities from the enemy’s deception.

  • Plant Your Word deeply in their hearts—let them grow strong in faith.

  • Surround them with godly friendships, mentors, and influences.

  • Break strongholds of depression, confusion, addiction, and fear over this generation.


Thursday, November 20 – Praying for Marriages & the Family Unit

  • Ecclesiastes 4:12 – “A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.”

  • Ephesians 4:2–3 – “Be completely humble and gentle… making every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.”

Prayer Points:

  • Lord, strengthen marriages with unity, grace, and mutual respect.

  • Heal communication breakdowns and restore emotional intimacy.

  • Rebuild trust where it has been broken.

  • Cover the family unit with peace, order, and stability.

  • Let Christ be the center of every home.


Friday, November 21 – Healing of the Family (Healing Friday)

  • Jeremiah 30:17 – “For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds.”

  • Psalm 147:3 – “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”

Prayer Points:

  • Lord, heal broken family relationships and deep generational wounds.

  • Restore families affected by trauma, sickness, division, and loss.

  • Heal emotional scars, bitterness, and unforgiveness.

  • Break generational curses and release generational blessings.

  • Bring reconciliation, unity, peace, and wholeness to every family represented.

Exodus 1:6-22

Now Joseph and all his brothers and all that generation died, but the Israelites were exceedingly fruitful; they multiplied greatly, increased in numbers and became so numerous that the land was filled with them.

Then a new king, to whom Joseph meant nothing, came to power in Egypt. “Look,” he said to his people, “the Israelites have become far too numerous for us. 10 Come, we must deal shrewdly with them or they will become even more numerous and, if war breaks out, will join our enemies, fight against us and leave the country.”

11 So they put slave masters over them to oppress them with forced labor, and they built Pithom and Rameses as store cities for Pharaoh. 12 But the more they were oppressed, the more they multiplied and spread; so the Egyptians came to dread the Israelites 13 and worked them ruthlessly. 14 They made their lives bitter with harsh labor in brick and mortar and with all kinds of work in the fields; in all their harsh labor the Egyptians worked them ruthlessly.

15 The king of Egypt said to the Hebrew midwives, whose names were Shiphrah and Puah, 16 “When you are helping the Hebrew women during childbirth on the delivery stool, if you see that the baby is a boy, kill him; but if it is a girl, let her live.” 17 The midwives, however, feared God and did not do what the king of Egypt had told them to do; they let the boys live. 18 Then the king of Egypt summoned the midwives and asked them, “Why have you done this? Why have you let the boys live?”

19 The midwives answered Pharaoh, “Hebrew women are not like Egyptian women; they are vigorous and give birth before the midwives arrive.”

20 So God was kind to the midwives and the people increased and became even more numerous. 21 And because the midwives feared God, he gave them families of their own.

22 Then Pharaoh gave this order to all his people: “Every Hebrew boy that is born you must throw into the Nile, but let every girl live.
